Accuterm Activation

Hi   I am now starting to role out the Accuterm Front-end developments, we purchased 3 licenses 12 months ago and have only used one. 

Yesterday I tried to Activate a new terminal as the second of our terminals but 

The activation screen just says  Internet access required at bottom - yes it has internet access but the Activation Button is grayed out   🙁

Can anyone help please

Hi Chris,

I had the same problem with one of my customers recently.  The problem was that I didn't "Run as Administrator".  Clicking that and then starting AccuTerm should fix that problem.
