Greetings, y'all!
Is anyone aware of ERP/MRP systems available to the automotive aftermarket or performance auto parts?
As always, thanks for your helpful replies...

We have been happily using "Plex" from Rockwell Automation since 2015. Plex is based on Microsoft T-SQL.
There are perhaps hundreds of automotive companies using Plex. Of course _ Plex has a heavy EDI foot-print.

In our company we are still running an ERP system called A.L.P.H.A. which I originally developed about 27 years ago. It was designed for automotive parts distribution, and over time we kept adapting it to our changing needs.
What I like most is its flexibility – especially in handling complex B2B discount structures and in automating catalogue imports and sales processes.
I can't say what would be the "right" solution for you, since it depends a lot on whether your focus is more on manufacturing (MRP) or distribution (aftermarket trading). But for the distribution side of the aftermarket, A.L.P.H.A. has worked very well for us.
Greetings

Doc,
Circle Commerce offers an infinitely flexible ERP system (built on Universe) and we have had extensive experience building systems that handle the complexities of auto parts (motorcycles, VW parts, batteries). Take a look at circlecommerce.com, and drop us an email from our Contact page if interested.

Doc,
I seem to remember a product called "Shims" that was an Automotive ERP package.
