I'm using Rocket MV BASICv2.2.0 and I edit a simple include item to declare equates.

When I try to format ; it scramble my lines ... 

what's wrong ? 

I attach the item IN_SPO.txt and my format.json settings

Hi, Manu.

I tried with your sample files but currently I can not see the problem on my local environment. Could you please do some more testing to isolate the problem?

  1. Please restart VS Code to testing this 2 files with a local account.
  2. Make sure there is no other problem reported in the VS Code, sometime parser may crashed and failed to format your BASIC program properly.
  3. Make sure you have specified "Rocket MV BASIC" as the language for this IN_SPO.txt before start formatting this program.
  4. If the problem still here, then please raise a support ticket with screen capture to us, then we can do further investigation.

Thanks for the reply. 

1/ ok (many times)

2/ seems ok

3/ I do not edit IN_SPO.txt (I rename it .txt to upload it into the forum) ; yes, it's a folder marked 'rocket-mvbasic'

4/ I tryto explain how I reproduct

I edit the file, and add at  line 11 EQU SPO$NEWDOC TO 9 ;* ADD A DOC TO SPO DRIVE

and ask to format document ... 

the vscode extension log show :

12:30:21.490 [pool-5-thread-2] WARN  com.rs.mv.mvvs.parser.BasicDefaultErrorStrategy - Line: 11 CharPositionInLine: 5 Msg: no viable alternative at input '     EQ'
