I do have active maintenance for Rocket® UniVerse, on the RBC portal I could only find the download for MVIS documentation.

Could you send a request for MVIS to rbc@rocketsoftware.com
If you could include the database serial number and what platform you intend to run MVIS on as part of the request that would be great.
MVIS is a free product but must be ordered through RBC.
