We have a customer who uses Rocket Dynamic Connect V6.3.7.
It looks like it is quite old. My question is: are there any issues with certain printers not working?
They have a printer that needs replacing with a much more recent model. I believe it does not matter as Windows provides the interface from what I can see.

Dynamic Connect is part of the U2 Clients package and is certified on:
- Windows 10
- Windows 8.1
- 2019
- 2016
- 2012
As Dynamic Connect is a very-much cut down version of wIntegrate, the versions and certified platform mirror the corresponding wIntegrate version, and from the Product Availability Matrix (PAM) here here https://rbc.rocketsoftware.com. The corresponding wIntegrate 6.3.7 is certified on:
- Windows 8.1
- Windows 8
- Windows 7
- 2012
- 2008 R2
Fuller details on versions and certified platforms can be found on the Product Availability Matrix (PAM)  under Resources -> Product Availability ->(choose - e.g.) U2 Clients/Windows. From the installation bundle, the current version of Dynamic Connect is v6.4.0 and the later version is freely downloadable as part of the Common Clients package from the PAM.
On the printing query, Dynamic Connect does not have its own printer drivers or printer managers, this is managed by the Windows operating System and any required Windows printer drivers.
