SB/XA XAML for to add top and Bottom Padding to Grid Rows

Hi 

Can anyone share a XAML theme snippet to add some padding to top and bottom or grid cells. Basically I want some "breathing room" between each row. Effectively the row height will increase but i want the text to maintain middle alignment.
