hi rocket,

thank you for the functionnality.  Really important when we perform remote maintenance... no need to sync all the system.

So, here is my first return of experience.

1/ why userid/passwd in clear into json ? 
Please, use vscode-api#SecretStorage (same comment about offline editing/connected) 

2/ after Connect, the list of UVAccount is not sorted / filtered : can you add a property 'selectOptions' in the server objet configuration then you execute 'SELECT UV.ACCOUNT ' + selectOptions and we can set it like 'WITH @ID LIKE "blabla" BY dictname ... etc

2.1/ add a property ''account.included[]' to the servers settings

3/ when we drill down into an account, rmv.Explorer lists (not clear) ?? all ? Type1 ? ... so can you add into servers settings 'files.included[]' ?

4/ when we drill down into a source directory rmv.Explorer list all source files.  so can you add the same filtering like in the  'Group view' 

5/ can we have a local backup   of the file we edit , into the directory which contain .rmvonline (ACCOUNT\\SOURCEFILE\\FILE), then vscode/timeline can handle it.  

6/ can we have a security check of the optimistic lock used by rmv.Explorer ?
rmv can compute a checksum at open and  at save verify if the checksum is the same before write remotely ... then we avoid problem if the file was modified between open/edit/save actions.   

7/ i didn't fine how to add a file into remtoe directory ? 

so, Il use  rmv intensively, ... one more time. Thank you.

Hi, Manu.

Many thanks for your feedback, this is a preview version of MVVS online editing feature so we will do some enhancement in future. 

For your questions, I'm sure we already have existing enhancement ticket for item 1 and 6, and probably already have item 2 and 3 in the backlog too but I need to double check. I will double check with engineers about item 4 and 5 first and see if we could implement these 2 features for the online editing mode.

For item 7, you can only add BASIC program file to the type 1/19 file on the remote server side with MVVS online editing mode. You can right click type 1/19 file name on the "ROCKET EXPLORER" view then click "Add Few File" to add new BASIC program file, let me know if this works for you or not, thanks.
