Confused on Licensing/Availability

I was searching for information on SAP ArchiveLink repositories and SAP->Repository connectivity and came across Rocket.

It seems that Mobius Server (VNT) V12.0 is such a server and that there's an ArchiveLink Connector.

This is where I run into an issue.  I can't tell what's licensed and what's free or open source.  I've written the sales team, but I'm hoping that someone here may be able to clear things up for me.
