What is the full name of the product (software) you're asking about? I assume that's a product of ASG, right?

End customers typically get access to the installers through the Support portal (https://www.rocketsoftware.com/support), more specifically - through the "Rocket Community" (https://my.rocketsoftware.com/RocketCommunity).

I'm not familiar with EDI, nor with ASG products. I asked some colleagues who are - to check and contact you regarding your questions. Has anyone contacted you yet? Please let me know if you don't get any news by the end of the week.
