PROBLEM
After converting Vision files from VISION 3 to VISION 5 format and copying the files to another server this error occurred.
RESOLUTION
The description for this error is 'A Vision 4 or 5 data segment is not found during an open'
Ensure all the segments are available in the correct data directory, in this case the problem was a missing '.vix' segment.
