I am trying to execute a update statement against a MS-Sql server and rollback the transaction. The "Start Transaction" statement failing in the update-para with the message "CAN'T ISSUE SAVE TRANSACTION WHEN THERE IS NO ACTIVE TRANSACTION". Attached is the sample program which is using the routines given with the sql samples.
