We experience often that we get the error 9D04 when a file is accessed. 04 says "The system cannot open the file". If they try again, they normally get access to the file.

This is a Citrix-environment, and I suspect that this is a Citrix-related problem. My hardware-guys is somewhat hard to convince about this, so I would like to hear if someone here has experienced problems with Citrix like this?

It may be to your advantage to contact Acucorp's Technical Support so that they can help verify that the 9d,04 isn't an Acucorp Product-realted problem.

sound's kinda like a file access permission problem with the user accessing the file.
