[archive] cutepdf turn off "save as" and pass file

If anyone is using cutepdf and has some code that turns off the "save as" dialog box and passes the file name, please share how you did it. Also if you can also turn off the auto view.

You will need to order the 'customised' version from them. This allows you to set registry setting to control the print options you want - these include bypassing the save-as dialogue box by specifying an output filename, auto loading of the viwere or not, background document merging etc. I have started to use it with great success.
