Just wanted to see if anyone else is using the C$XML available in the 6.1.0 version. I'm still trying to wrap my hands around how exactly to structure a program using it but I'm ecstatic about having it, it's going to simplify my life soooooooooooooo much!

Attached is a copy of the tree sample program I've modified to display the primary xml file I'm dealing with using the C$XML calls. I'm a character based code who has never dealt with the tree control so I thought maybe a gui programmer might know if I'm doing things right.

One question for anyone doing XML and knows the tree control, I want to display the tag structure of the xml fiile but also display the data associated with the tags. Is this possible to do?

Hi Brad,

I haven't had a chance to use C$XML yet, but I've modified your program so that the data associated with the tag appears as a child to the tag. I'm not sure if this is how you were wanting to display it or not. Another option would be to string your tag and your data into another variable and use that variable for your item in the tree. I've also included a sample xml file in the zip file to test against so you can see how it displays. I hope this helps you.

That's perfect, thank you!
