Can anyone tell me what this equation would be written out>

1.5^2.42 (that is 1.5 to the 2.42 power)

The answer is 2.6677237 according to the google calculator, but I cannot figure out how to write out to get that answer.

For Example 2^2, would be 2 * 2 written out.

I have tried searching online, and I am not finding any site that shows an exponent equation like this.

WS-FIELD PIC 9(09)V9(06).

Use 1.5 **2.42

ie) COMPUTE WS-FIELD = (1.5**2.42)

This should result in 2.667723

** represents exponent math..
