Is it possible to encrypt within the cobol application, sent it through the internet and decrypt the data on the thin client. without using a thirdparty ( like Microsoft Windows EFS).

Hello Ronald,

Try look at thr AGS_SOCKET_ENCRYPT, ENCRYPTION_SEED and THIN_CLIENT_ENCRYPT in the AcuConnect documentation 6.3.1.

I havn't tried myself.
