Can someone pleasae help me with this.

I can create a comment for a cell
MODIFY olWrkSh Range(W-comment-RANGE)::AddComment (
text-comments)
but cannot see how to set it to 'Hide'? It defaults to "show".

also not sure to change or add to the comments for a cell.

Add a class:

77 olComment USAGE @Comment.

Change your MODIFY to:

MODIFY olWrkSh Range(W-comment-RANGE)::AddComment (
text-comments) GIVING olComment

Add this statement:

MODIFY olComment @Visible = 0.
