Hello,

I've a question about grid's
We work with a grid and want some insert and delete options.

When we're in the first column of the grid we want the next action:

Delete button deletes a row
Insert button inserts a new row

When we're in another column delete and insert must work as normal.

Does someone know how to realize this?

Are you referring to the Delete and Insert buttons on the keyboard? Would you be able to trap it in the event procedure? Not sure...

As another possible solution, you could use push buttons to delete and insert rows instead.

We did some environment settings, so we receive the exception values in the exception procedure from the screen, not the exception procedure from the grid. (This is not really a problem)

We want the settings only for the first column in the grid, not for other fields/columns.

So at this moment we inquire the column of the grid on entry and then set the environment settings or set them to the default values when you leave the grid, or are in another column.
