Is there a way to programmatically scroll a grid/list box.
i want to put 2 grids on a form and give the user the ability to click on a button to scroll up and another button to scroll down. so i want both grids/list boxes to scroll in-sync with each other.

If they are to scroll together - why are they two grids/lists? Buit yes you can certainly control the controls from your program.
