Does anyone know how to insert a new 88 level item
for Key-Status in the .wrk file??
Thanks
In the workspace, rightclick on your program and choose 'properties'. In the tab 'Key status' you can add your own 88 level or choose not to generate key status variable in .wrk (and then include the key status variabele in a copy member).
I usualy create 78 levels for the keys I need:
WORKING-STORAGE SECTION.
78 key-enter value 13.
PROCEDURE DIVISION.
if key-status = key-enter
display message box "Enter key pressed"
end-ifAndr

Just an additional note to be aware of. If you define key-status in working storage, the 'key status' tab will not be there when in program/properties.
If you want to work with key-status through the program/properties/keystatus tab, don't define a special names crt status in working storage.
However, if you do define a special names crt status in working storage, you can double-click on the 'more' column of the variable and add your level 88s there.
