I am using a Page List Box to display a list of items and I have tab controls below the list box. The current program has 3 tabs (Pages). The list box displays the Vendor number (6 characters) and the Vendor name (25 characters). I have added a menu selection that will change the sort order of the list box. When the sort is changed from Vendor Number to Name I list Name first and Vendor Number second and change the display-column so the data will display correctly. In the AcuBench properties for the list box the Mass-Update Property is set to 0:Fast-Update.Here is the issue; when I click to change tabs the List Box seems to Blink. I ran the program in debug mode and in the TabChange routine created by ACU Bench the screen is displayed and this display reverts the list box back to it's original state as it is in the AcuBench designer window. In the Aft-TabChange-Procedure I reset the columns again thus causing the blinking. I created a Bef-TabChange-Procedure that sets the MASS-UPDATE to 1 for the list box before the screen is displayed but this has no affect. I changed the List Box Property Mass-Update in AcuBench to 1:Inhibited-Repainting and this solved the issue. My question is why the Manual set of MASS-UPDATE in the program not work for the Screen display but setting the AcuBench MASS-UPDATE Property to 1 did work for the screen display?
I am using AcuBench 7.2.2 on Windows XP Pro. This will be distributed to all supported OS's in the future.
Thanks in advance for your help,
Jim
