Thanks to Acucorp for setting up this forum.

As I expect to be a frequent contributor here and having been
part of other forums, I would like to suggest that there be
a few other categories setup.

1). We are doing a lot with ActiveX. An activeX or GUI forum
might be a good thing. What Activex controls do you use, which
work well, don't work etc.

2). Mixed language integration. Cobol interoperability with
C, C , and other languages.

3). Databases Access and programming. Oracle, Acusql, DB2 etc.

please consider these as way to get organized.

Again thanks to all at Acucorp for the forum and the knowledge
base.

Hello,

How about a;

- Character to GUI Forum

- AcuODBC/AcuODBCserver Forum

- Other Cobol's to Acucobol Forum
perhaps even specific ones like MF to Acu, RM to Acu etc.

Best regards,

Piet

I agree wholeheartedly. An ActiveX forum would be very helpful.

Another one that might be worthwhile would be programming examples of shortcuts or "hot" discoveries. Support is great (much thanks to Rene and Kirk!!!) but if I can find the answer here it might keep me from bothering them so much.

Hi Everyone,

Glad to see the Customer Forum getting some activity. As the content fills up...and the post become more and more specific I will start to move them into dedicated sections based on content. This might be in a few weeks depending the the consistant traffic.

Thanks,
Jay Reilly

A character to gui conversion is a great idea.
