I figured this was a functionality quiet useful for the wider audience, so I decided to make an example of it.

You need to supply icon files yourself.

Compile with no compiler options and run with no runtime options.

Do read the comments in the source!

Here is how to use the Windows shell API function Shell_NotifyIcon from an Extend application (see attachment).
