Hi,

I am trying to use the sample program WebService2.cbl. I have followed the instructions contained in readMe.txt. However, when I run the program I get the following error "HTTP Status 405: Method not allowed". This is my first encounter with Web Services and IIS, so I'm not sure where to look.

Thanks for any assistance.

Http 405 messages are messages generarted around IIS and the web page you have created and the way that web page interacts with IIS. see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/216493

The webservice sample is not very intuitive to set up and you need some experience settting up IIS, see the attached 4 images for some help.

The sample programs are in the AcuNet_Web_service folder in the sample folder - Acu 7.2.
