We are having a problem when the program calls the windows spooler at one of our clients who use run on the 520 runtime with all xp pc?s and 2003 server. Once the print program opens you are unable to choose eg. Courier 10 it seems to default to courier 12 font. We have established it is not the program as it runs 100% at our other clients.

I just do the tech support

I assume you are using W$FONT to load the font, do you then use CLOSEST or absolute?

I figure this is because you are using the printer instance of the font and the printer instance (built in) do not have that Courier 10 then.
You should have your user check if they can perform a font dump on the printer to see what is supported.
It may as well, if it is a matrix printer, be that the driver by default has softfont download disabled.
