Automatic update file download very slow for AcuConnect thin client

We are upgrading from 9.0.1 to 9.1.1.  The automatic update process was going very well, and then, for some reason, the transfer rates hit the floor.  At the moment this is on our LAN and the transfer rate is probably at 56k speeds at best.  Regular file transfers seem to be going at pretty normal speeds.

Acurcl is running on AIX 5.3L, and I tested the transfer speeds on a couple of computers with both Windows XP and 7 and at different points on the network with each getting the same results.

Any ideas?

    I discovered AGS_RECEIVE_BUFFER_SIZE and AGS_SEND_BUFFER_SIZE lines in the cblconfig file set to some odd numbers - 1024. I think that they were set that way a while ago because of some issues that we were having.  Commenting those out fixed this issue.  I will have to test further to see if this uncovered some additional issues.
