Bench & Reports with Watermarks

Can someone please post an example project that has a report with a full page watermark?  I am using Bench to create reports but am having no luck in getting watermarks to appear in the reports.

    I saw this response when I was looking around but it did not help as we are using bench to handle the heavy lifting of the report.  It has an option to add a watermark to a page but we can't make that option work when we create any report.

    I have had difficulties with this as well. So far, and to be honest it isn't very useful, the only way I can see a watermark is to set the watermark style to tiled and then the preview will not show it, but opening the report in Chrome the watermark shows.

    I think one key is change the Target Browser property to Standard HTML versus Specify Internet Explorer
