There are some visual effects with windows11 regarding our application that are quite appealing, for instance that the entry-field that has the focus is "highlighted" by a blue line at the bottom.
Is there a way to do such a thing in windows10, too ? Perhaps with manifests ?

I don't know if a manifest would make this happen. We have been asked to provide a new property for entry-fields so that when the entry-field control is active, the control will use that color. The next release, 10.5 will include an entry-field property called ACTIVE_BACKGROUND which can be set to the colors Acu supports.
