Problem:
Customer inadvertently closed the screen component toolbox in AcuBench by clicking on the small "x" in the upper right corner of the toolbox and is unable to get it to display again using the View\\Screen Component toolbox menu item or the Component toolbox push-button.
Resolution:
A search of the registry for CASEMAKER shows that entries for AcuBench appear in:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\CASEMaker\\AcuBench720
This includes a sub-key of Component Toolbox.
Once the AcuBench720 key was deleted and AcuBench restarted the screen component toolbox now appears correctly.
