Trying to access to "My Company Incidents" in support line gives the following error: "We are sorry, your incidents could not be retrievedInput string was not in a correct format."

I get the same message, I cannot view any of my individual or company incidents anymore...

There was an issue that IT has now fixed. You should be able to see your support incidents again.
