I've reported this issue to Microfocus Supportline:

After selecting a folder using "c$opensavebox" the runtime crashes without any error message.
There are no errors when selecting a file.
Up to and including version 10.0.1 this has worked.

Does anyone know this problem?

Yes, this issue was reported and is fixed. Please contact Customer Care and request 10.1 ECN-4463.
