I am using Extend 10.4.2. The Programmer Guide describes various HTTP commands, including Get, Post, Put, Delete, etc. But I cannot find one for Patch. is that available? The resource I need to update only allows Patch...

A few new functions were added in recent versions but PATCH wasn't one of them. If you would like it adding, you should create a case in the support portal and speak to your Micro Focus account manager about an enhancement request.
