Ocassionally while generating a program in Acubench we receive a file sharing violation for the .scr. This occurs after making a change on the screen multiple times. It doesn't happen consistently. Some times if you wait a few minutes the lock is removed, other times getting out and back in to Acubench releases it, sometimes not. GHas anyone else experience this? We didn't have this until we upgraded to 8.1.3.

Just a hunch here, but have a look at Tools -> Options -> Code Generator -> Attributes of generated documents, where you can set AcuBench to generate copy books as read-only.  Maybe if this isn't set, some other process might be trying to open or lock the file.  Setting it to read-only (and then regenerating the workspace) might prevent that.
