HOW DO I USE "WINSCARD.DLL" TO READ A SMART CARD in AcuCobol-GT 7.0 ?

I want to use AcuCobol-GT 7.0 to write this program.
Does anyone teach me how to write this ?

A good starting point is to look at the documentation for the product. These things usually come with an example or two in C or vb, using that as a template you should be able to get it going.
