Internal error #9 when compile cobol program

I had install AcuGT 720 into 64 bit windows.
I try to use the ccbl32 command to compile the cobol program, but i get the 'internal error #9'.

May i know that how to solve this error?
Because when i try to compile in old PC, 32 bit windows, it doesn't have this error.

    Support for 64 bit Windows did not occur until version 8 was released.
