What runtime supports Acu4gl and AcuSql for SQL Server 2017

The current release of the extend product suite, 10.1.1, only supports up to SQL Server 2016. The upcoming extend 10.2.0 product release, however, will support SQL Server 2017.

When extend 10.2.0 is available, there will be an announcement made on the Community Forum.
