Try the following syntax:

ACCEPT TERMINAL-ABILITIES FROM TERMINAL-INFO

You will find the information you need in the fields USABLE-SCREEN-HEIGHT, USABLE-SCREEN-WIDTH, PHYSICAL-SCREEN-HEIGHT and PHYSICAL-SCREEN-WIDTH.
