Is it normal to have multiple acuserve.exe tasks opened, when I look into Task Manager?

This screen capture looks like the output of netstat, or some other network statistics tool. The second column looks like a PID, and they are all the same, suggesting that this is not multiple instances of AcuServe.exe, but rather multiple open sockets for the same AcuServe.exe, which is expected.
