Concurrent Job Processing - I assume you want to write to two or more PDF files at the same time. If this is not your question, please clarify. If so, then the answer is Yes. Calling C$PDF using HPDF_NEW or HPDF_NEWEX will return a document handle, which is used to specify which PDF file you are writing to with subsequent calls. You can have multiple documents active at the same time.
File Name Control - I'm not sure what you are asking. If you want C$PDF to automatically generate a filename for you, then no, that is not supported. However, this is all being done from a COBOL program, so your program can generate a filename without user interaction (perhaps obviously?). And then tell the user what that generated name was.
