RPV REPORT VIEWER

I am converting all reports in my product to use the RPV report viewer http://rpvsoftware.com/ My users love the new reports and the ability to convert a report to pdf or excel. I heard about this product at one of the Las Vegas conferences from some other users so I know it is being used in the Extend community. My question is I notice that my users report more system freezes when using the rpv viewer. Has anyone out there using RPV had a similar problem? Does anyone have suggestions as how I can debug the cause for the system freezes?
