Problem:
After installing the product and activating the product codes and keys provided with the distribution, there are file names that end in an exclamation point (!).
Resolution:
License files with an extension ending in an exclamation point (!), are back-up copies of old license files. During installation, if the Activator utility detects the presence of an existing license file, the extension of the existing file is changed before a new license file is created. For example, "runcbl.alc" is renamed "runcbl.al!".
