Detection of multiple monitors was added in 10.3.0. Using ACCEPT ... FROM TERMINAL-INFO to detect multiple monitors and get more information about them.
"The MAX-MONITORS constant and MONITOR-INFO group mimics that returned by the Win32 API GetMonitorInfo, providing information about the physical and work area of up to 10 attached monitors." - www.microfocus.com/.../BKRFRFPROC00000001S077.html

I understand that if the monitor can be identified, a screen can be displayed on the specified monitor.
I have reviewed the documentation for the "DISPLAY screen-name" statement but I don't see any reference to indicating the monitor. I'm not sure if another statement needs to be specified.

Once you know which monitors are available, you can position the window where you want it. Use negative coordinates if the desired monitor is above or to the left of the main monitor.
As Martin mentioned, multiple monitor support was added after 8.0, so you may need to upgrade to get this to work correctly.
