When setting your Display setting to above 100% Paged Grids and Paged Boxes were not being displayed properly. Rows at the bottom were being cut off.
Solution: Windows 10 has remedied this situation. Windows 10 automatically adjusts the font needed to render your display appropriately, even when you choose to set the DISPLAY above 100%.
Tested using Windows 10 Enterprise Version 1903.
