The web-browser control will continue to work on existing system where IE has been installed. Once you start using a Windows OS where IE is not installed, then the web-browser control will no longer work. In 10.5 (GA late 2022) we are providing web-browser2, this browser control is chromium based and we install all of the pieces necessary for it to function.
