Using Extend 9.1.1 on Windows, we have a customer with many workstations and thin client; one workstation drops the thin client connection repeatedly (many times a day). The customer has changed the NIC, changed the cable from the workstation to the switch, run diagnostics on the computer, and are convinced the problem is "somewhere else".
The windows error shows:
Faulting application name: acuthin.exe, version: 9100.1000.1.61813, time stamp: 0x4f31a09f
Faulting module name: atermmgr.dll, version: 9100.1000.1.61813, time stamp: 0x4f31a2b5

We believe the underlying problem is still network-related somewhere, especially as the other 10 workstations on the network do not have any problem maintaining a thin client connection all day. The workstation does not use our application any differently than the other workstations, they all print to the same network printers, etc.
I wanted to double-check on here to make sure there isn't something others have encountered that might cause the same symptoms?
Thanks
Tony
