Hi, we encountered an issue with Vietnamese characters whereby the we can input and save the record into vision 3 file. However when we recall the record, the Vietnamese character will show up as '?'. This does not happen in the previous version which is v10.0.0.

For additional information, we are using the Vietkey software to input Vietnamese and it is actually VISCII character set. Any configuration parameters that will affect this? We have tried both TRANSLATE_TO_ANSI and COBOL_CHARACTER_SET, both does not work.
