Windows 64-bit runtime executable fails to start/initialize

Problem:

When trying to execute the 64-bit Windows runtime you would see the following error:

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002)

Resolution:

This is because atermmgr.dll is looking for a 32-bit version of comctl32.dll instead of the 64-bit version.

You will need to extract the files in the attached zip archive and replace the existing files in the \\AcuGT\\bin directory
