Windows 8

I don't think version 8 is supported on Windows 8. The one problem that we did find is that on Windows 8 a Call to C$SYSTEM would not work as expected. This was fixed in Version 9.1.2.1 .. Version 9.1.2 is the first version of ACUCOBOL-GT that is supported on Windows 8.

Thank you. We have several users out there, would we need to recompile using 9.1.2,, merely upgrade the run times to 9.1.2 or do both? We dont do any calls to C$SYSTEM or anything exotic, the programs affected are very simple batch processes which have been unchanged for years
