We are writing to inform you that we have made the decision to end support for the following products, effective 31 December 2025.

RocketCE:

Rocket AI Hub for Power:

Effective from 31 December 2025, we will no longer provide updates, bug fixes, or technical support for RocketCE.
Both of these products were based on the availability of upstream support for IBM Power for the Anaconda ecosystem.
IBM has announced a new direction based on the Python Wheels ecosystem here:
https://community.ibm.com/community/user/blogs/janani-janakiraman/2025/09/10/developing-apps-using-python-packages-on-ibm-power
Also, IBM has announced discontinuance of support of the product and a replacement program here:
Withdrawal from marketing and discontinuance of support: RocketCE and Rocket AI Hub for IBM Power - IBM Documentation
For those who have been actively using RocketCE, we recommend reviewing your current implementations and planning for a transition to the replacement program IBM Open-Source AI Foundation for Power Per Server announced here:

We will provide additional resources and guidance to facilitate this process.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this transition. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us through our community forums
Thank you for your contributions and engagement with RocketCE over the years. We look forward to continuing to work with you on other initiatives and projects that will drive innovation and success in our community.
