Hello ContentEdge Community!
If you’ve already taken our Rocket® ContentEdge™ (formerly Mobius) customer survey, thank you—we appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. Your feedback is already helping shape what we build next.
If you haven’t had a chance yet, there’s still time. We’ve put together a short survey to learn more about your experience using and administering ContentEdge. It’s a quick way to tell us what’s working well, where we can improve, and what you’d like to see more of in the future.
As a thank-you, anyone who completes the survey by May 7, 2026, will receive a $50 electronic gift card. Your input directly influences the tools, resources, and support we deliver—so we’d love to hear from you.
Warm regards,

How GenAI turns enterprise content into actionable knowledge
Many organizations know that GenAI has potential but aren’t sure how it can be applied safely, accurately, and practically to enterprise content. To help close that gap, Rocket Software has published a three-part blog series exploring how GenAI can transform content management from simple information access into real business knowledge.
This series is designed for enterprises managing large volumes of unstructured content—policies, contracts, statements, and reports—where governance, accuracy, and time to value matter as much as innovation.
Part 1: From information to knowledge
The first article establishes the foundation, explaining how GenAI moves beyond keyword search to deliver contextual, conversational insights from enterprise documents. It outlines where GenAI delivers the most value in content-rich environments and why unstructured information is critical to better decision-making.
Read Part 1 to understand what’s possible—and why it matters.
Part 2: The real-world challenges of GenAI
Part 2 explores the practical realities of GenAI adoption. Using real enterprise scenarios, it examines challenges such as data silos, context sensitivity, insight accuracy, cost control, and governance. This article is essential reading for teams asking, “Why can’t we just plug our documents into an LLM?”
Read Part 2 to learn what must be solved for GenAI to work in the enterprise.
Part 3: Turning vision into value
The final article brings it all together, illustrating how Rocket ContentEdge Chat powered by EVA™ (formerly Content Smart Chat) addresses GenAI challenges head-on. It explains how organizations can deliver fast, trusted, conversational access to governed content—without sacrificing security or compliance—while accelerating time to insight.
Read Part 3 to see how GenAI becomes actionable with enterprise-grade content services.
Explore the full series to build a clear, practical understanding of how GenAI fits into modern content and document management—and how ContentEdge helps turn information into knowledge you can trust.
THE INSIDE TRACK
AI is no longer stuck in the realm of hype, but many organizations are still working to turn promising pilots into reliable, scalable results. As AI climbs to the top of business agendas, leading data teams are confronting a hard truth: success depends far less on the latest model and far more on the readiness of the data estate behind it. Trust, governance, context, and architecture are now the real differentiators between impressive demos and AI that works in production.
One concept is rapidly emerging as foundational: context. Without clearly defined semantics and metadata, even the most advanced AI systems operate in the dark—delivering fragmented answers, increasing risk, and slowing adoption. Data leaders are shifting focus from experimentation to operational excellence, bringing structure to how data and content are unified, governed, and made agent-ready. This shift is redefining what “AI-ready” really means across the enterprise.
In From AI Hype to Operational Excellence: Five Shifts Every Data Leader Needs Now, we explore the practical changes high-performing teams are making to move past the pilot-to-production wall—and how you can start doing the same. If you’re responsible for turning AI ambition into measurable outcomes, this is a must-read. Click through to learn the five shifts shaping the future of AI-ready data estates.
